US highway sees major spill of french fries due to alleged drunk driving incident

In a significant incident on Interstate 70, approximately 43,000 pounds of french fries were spilled onto a road in the early hours of Sunday. This event was triggered by an alleged drunk driver, causing a tractor-trailer to veer off the road. The mishap took place at 1:14 a.m. near mile marker 186 in the eastbound lane, leading to the semi-truck rolling over and dispersing its cargo across North Service Road. Despite the chaos, no injuries were reported, though cleanup crews remained at the site until 9 a.m.
