Guatemala continues to be an attractive market for Spain
The Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce of Guatemala stated today that the country continues to be an attractive market for Spanish businessmen, after the visit of a trade mission of Spanish companies.
A group of business representatives from Spain visited Guatemala between July 2 and 6 to establish business relationships with Guatemalan companies and with the Central American region, where they explored the market and analyzed business and expansion opportunities.
According to the representatives of the companies that accompanied the mission, such as POINT and IDAI NATURE, the appointments have been very productive, as "our counterparts have been in line with our objectives and have been very interesting."
"We got a good impression of Guatemala and its market opportunity," added the businessmen in a statement after meeting with various sectors, such as the furniture, decoration, organic fertilizers, and agricultural sectors.
The Official Spanish Chamber said it continued to manage activities and contacts that support promoting and strengthening bilateral trade between Spain and Guatemala.
