Diet rich in fruits and vegetables linked to enhanced relationship satisfaction

A study involving over 10,000 Finnish adults over nine years suggests that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables may enhance sexual satisfaction. Researchers found that such a diet decreases the risk of erectile problems in men and boosts blood flow and mood in women, potentially leading to improved intimacy experiences.

Dr. Sade Stenlund from the University of Turku highlights that consistent satisfaction in sexual relationships could encourage healthier eating behaviors.
