Sheila Stafford, CEO and co-founder, TeamSense, the app-free platform connecting hourly employees and their companies, has joined the board of directors for Kwik Lok Corporation based in Yakima, Wash. Stafford has worked directly in each line of the P&L and forged two successful companies that directly address customer and warehouse manager pain points, driving impactful change. With more than 20 years of experience across manufacturing and technology, she will serve as a key advisor to the company's team, playing an integral role in the evolution of the company by providing strategic guidance to continue innovating the packaging industry.
"I've been a long-time champion of Kwik Lok, seen their product's impact firsthand, and had the pleasure of witnessing their growth," said Stafford. "I'm excited to serve the company as part of its board of directors and help usher in their next chapter of innovation."

Before joining the board, Stafford had a storied history working with industry powerhouses including General Motors and Whirlpool Corporation, where she managed product development for the multibillion-dollar North American Refrigeration business. She also worked at Fluke Corporation, where she was at the helm of one of the brand's most successful product launches. In addition, she founded TeamSense to solve the largest issues plaguing companies: absenteeism and digital connection.
"At TeamSense, Sheila has mastered her skills in fostering positive workplace cultures and optimizing operational processes, making her a natural fit for Kwik Lok Corporation's commitment to its employees. Her commitment to creating a conducive and empowering environment is consistent with the company's mission and values. As Sheila assumes her role on Kwik Lok Corporation's board of directors, she will undoubtedly contribute immensely to the company's growth and success," said Kimberly Paxton-Hagner, board chair, Kwik Lok.
Stafford holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor's degree of Science in Engineering from Duke University. Her journey to executive leadership has been driven by her determination, entrepreneurial spirit, and invaluable experiences. From her humble beginnings in Buffalo, New York, she credits her father's influence as a factory worker and master electrician for instilling in her a strong work ethic. When she is not mastering new technology and programs for America's largest manufacturing companies, you can find her channeling her competitive spirit from her college athlete days, avidly supporting the Blue Devils and all of women's sports.
