TuttoFood 2023, the four-day B2B trade show for the entire agribusiness chain, ended on 11 May. FreshPlaza visited the fair on the third day. Many processed fruits and vegetables were showcased, fitting the event's target audience made up of distributors, importers, large-scale retail, proximity stores, gourmet stores, food service, Out of Home, and chefs.

Whether it's canned goods or ready-to-eat or ready-to-cook products, or packaging and digital systems, the exhibitors interviewed said they were very satisfied, and most met the goals set pre-event. "TuttoFood is an international event where you can present yourself to the best of your potential," commented one operator.

Regarding the attendance of visitors, despite the four-day duration (which some exhibitors would limit to only two, ed.), it recorded high volumes. The first two days were very good, the remaining two slower, although there was no lack of people at all. On the third day, we were able to experience the substantial attendance of qualified visitors to the fair from Italy and abroad.
