Call for Chilean growers interested in exporting cherries to China in 2023-24 season

The Chilean Agriculture and Livestock Service (SAG) is calling on SAG Grower Code (CSG) participants wishing to export cherries to China in the 2023-2024 campaign, and who are not in last season's "List of registered participants for export of cherries to China", to fill in the following survey for registration, which will be available until July 28: https://forms.office.com/r/VazWsG0bR4

New CSG and CSP (SAG Packing Code) participants included in the listing will only be able to start exporting once the 2023-2024 season listing has been authorized by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC).

It should be noted that in each new Chilean cherry export season, the GACC only allows shipments from farms (CSG) registered in the previous season.

In recent years, the authorization of new participants has been subject to audits by the official Chinese authority during the fruit harvesting and packing period.

The "List of registered participants for cherry exports to China" for the 2022-2023 season can be accessed here.
