Ian Albers of First Fresh New Zealand. There is not a lot of competition in South-East Asia for the persimmon of New Zealand. Nationally there are 350.000 trays of persimmon and 190.000 trays are owned by First Fresh. First Fresh export 65% of their Persimmon to South-East Asia.
