Quality is generally good. Movement from Mexico crossings through Arizona, California, and Texas is expected to remain about the same. 11-pound cartons/crates and bunched supplies are insufficient to establish a market as most present shipments are for previous commitments and/or prior commitments. The F.O.B. report is expected to resume by November 27.
