Skillpack, a player in the packaging industry, has acquired Tenpackaging B.V. This strategic acquisition strengthens Skillpack's market position and expands its capabilities with the inclusion of Fabbri's machine package (such as the Elixers), Automac, and klappack/fastpack machines.
From June 1, 2024, Tenpackaging B.V. will operate under the new name Tenpack B.V. and will move to Ohmweg 39, 2952 BD Alblasserdam, in the Netherlands. The team will be expanded, and a branch office has been opened in Belgium.
