Ukrainian company cultivates exotic mushrooms and exports them to Europe

"Natur Green Ukraine" is cultivating several types of organic exotic mushrooms in Zakarpattia. Founded in 2017, the company began its operations by growing shiitake mushrooms on an organic substrate of its production. Since then, the product range has significantly expanded: now they grow eryngii (king or steppe oyster mushrooms), gray, yellow, and pink oyster mushrooms, Japanese nameko, and other types of mushrooms.

One cultivation cycle lasts nearly 19 weeks from seeding to harvesting the first crop. Shiitake remains the company's main product, but the expanded assortment has allowed the enterprise to increase production volumes and enter new markets.

Since the beginning, LLC 'Natur Green Ukraine' has been focused on foreign economic activity. Currently, 90% of the products are exported to Europe, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom. In Ukraine, exotic mushrooms can be found in supermarkets in Uzhhorod, Lviv, and Kyiv.

This summer, the company has prepared a novelty specifically for Ukrainian consumers – "Barbecue Mixes." These are small boxes containing various types of mushrooms, complemented by a specially developed marinade.

Every week, "Natur Green Ukraine" ships 4 tons of exotic mushrooms to its customers, supplying both the domestic and foreign markets with high-quality Ukrainian-produced products.
