The international scientific and practical conference on berry cultivation and processing in Ukraine

The VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference on Berry Cultivation and Processing, titled "Berry Cultivation and Processing: Technologies and Innovations," is scheduled for December 12–13, 2024, in Lviv, Ukraine.

The primary goal of this conference is to support berry growers during challenging wartime, promoting cutting-edge technologies and experiences gained under extreme war conditions, and facilitating the development of farms and enterprises.

An important event component includes discussing ways to realise and store products, encompassing fresh market sales, processing, freezing, cold logistics, and export.

This conference will serve as a platform for experience exchange, finding new business contacts, and interaction between various links in the agro-industrial chain, thereby contributing to the development of the berry industry and strengthening the country's food security.

The conference program includes presentations by practising farmers, discussion panels, an exhibition of equipment and tools, as well as a business tour of leading berry, freezing, and processing enterprises, such as the Kamianka-Buzka Food Products Plant and FG "Prykarpattya Agro."

The conference will gather owners, managers, chief specialists of berry farms, processing enterprises, companies involved in product freezing, representatives of technological companies, and scientists interested in creating and developing their businesses in the berry sector.
