Vine tomatoes mainly came from the Netherlands and Belgium, supplemented by domestic and Turkish products. Round tomatoes mostly came from Morocco and Belgium, with Turkish imports trailing behind in terms of quantity. Cherry tomatoes were predominantly delivered from the Netherlands and Italy. According to the BLE, almost all of the beef tomatoes available were from Belgium. Spanish supplies were rather limited in Hamburg, both specifically and in general. Overall, demand could usually be met without difficulty. In Hamburg, the condition of the Moroccan batches weakened, meaning they could only be placed at a discount. In Munich and Berlin, Turkish offers of vine tomatoes suffered the same fate, with trade being suspended from midweek onwards. Cologne reported almost across-the-board price increases, with only Dutch cherry tomatoes seeing a slight price reduction.

Apples
Domestic Elstar, Boskoop, Jonagold and Braeburn formed the basis of the range. Overall, trade was relatively calm. As a rule, demand was easily satisfied.
Pears
As in previous weeks, Italian Abate Fetel and Santa Maria, Turkish Santa Maria and Dutch Conference dominated the market. Overall, demand was quite restrained.
Table grapes
With availability aligned with accommodation options, distributors rarely had to modify their requests. Occasionally, price increases were observed based on limited supply.
Small citrus fruits
For clementines, Spanish offers predominated, with Italian offers rounding off the range. For mandarins, Peruvian and South African products dominated. For satsumas, the first Turkish batches were added to the already established Spanish batches.
Lemons
The catastrophic weather conditions in Spain had noticeably reduced the inflows from there, which also had a selective impact on valuations.
Bananas
In many cases, prices remained at the previous week's level because supply and demand were sufficiently balanced.
Cauliflowers
The fall weather had improved the accommodation options in some places. Nevertheless, the prices tended to fall rather than rise due to the increased range.
Salads
Iceberg lettuce from Spain became more expensive, which was primarily due to the floods there. In this context, the quotations of competing Dutch offers also often trended upwards.
Cucumbers
The severe weather in Spain inevitably affected the availability of Spanish products. As a result of the bottleneck, customers had to pay more.
Sweet peppers
Spanish deliveries prevailed: although they seemingly gained in importance, the floods meant that availability was somewhat limited in this area as well.
