In 2024, tomatoes emerged as the leading greenhouse product exported from Azerbaijan to international markets.
A total of 145,603.2 tons of tomatoes, worth $175.43 million, were exported during the year.
This marks a 3.6% increase in export volume and an 8.3% rise in export value compared to 2023, when 140,588 tons were exported, generating $161.96 million.
