The facility is expected to process up to 25 tons of fruit daily, or up to 1,000 tons per season. It aims to help local residents during the harvest period.
"With the opening of this facility, it will also be possible to maintain stable prices for apricots. Currently, at least eight more processing plants are needed in the region to stabilize apricot prices. Construction of this facility is nearly 90% complete, and equipment is expected to arrive soon, with plans to launch the facility by the start of the season," the statement said.
