This caused the price of king oyster mushrooms to drop after the Spring Festival. Businesses suffered severe losses. This year the volume in warehouses is relatively low. This caused an overall price increase for king oyster mushrooms.
As factories resume business, the supply of mushrooms will recover, and the price will go down again. Furthermore, the demand for mushrooms will decrease now that Spring Festival is over. The price is likely to drop below pre-Spring Festival levels and then return to regular levels.
