The company has been an important partner in the fruit, vegetable and potato market for more than 80 years. The third-generation family business markets and processes a full range of fruits, vegetables and potatoes as well as convenience products throughout Switzerland.
Owner Reto Schwab is responsible for the company's management as CEO. With the reinforcement of the management team, he will focus even more specifically on the entrepreneurial and operational development of the company in the future. Furthermore, he will take care of the strategic support of customers and partners. Helen Habegger is the new sales manager at the executive level. She is responsible for sales and marketing. Helen Habegger (34) is an ambitious and well-connected personality. She is a qualified SMI sales manager and, after completing her commercial apprenticeship, worked in various positions for different companies in the fruit and vegetable sector. Therefore she knows the high demands of our customers very well. Her honorary office as president of the Association of Fruit and Vegetable Specialists rounds off her profile.

Stephan Aebischer (51) has been with Schwab-Guillod AG for two years. As a new member of the management team, he is responsible for the production areas of packaging, convenience and preparation of raw and stored goods. As a trained food technologist and business economist with years of professional experience in operations and logistics, he is familiar with the production processes and will be able to contribute his experience from other industries.
As of December 01, 2021, the management team will also be complemented by Andreas Spring (50), who will take over the Operations Logistics department. Andreas Spring has broad knowledge in the areas of change and process management, finance and leadership, which he was able to deepen through his EMBA Rochester-Bern. He is also very familiar with the retail business of major customers. As an experienced COO and CFO of manufacturing SMEs, he knows the challenges of keeping up with rapid market changes.
