Novelfarm, the fair dedicated to hydroponic cultivation and vertical farming that ended on February 16, is a small and hyper-specialized event with a high degree of research and innovation. Companies, technicians, and entrepreneurs looking to change the way they cultivate attended.
Daniele Bertocchi from Greatit
"It is a small yet very interesting fair. I met operators I already knew as well as other new ones. Creating a network is very important," reports Daniele Bertocchi from Greatit, who attended the fair with his Demetra container for vertical farming.
Raffaello Montanari from C-Led
Raffaello Montanari from C-Led expressed the same concept, as he reported that "despite the event being small, it can be a way to expand the network of acquaintances."
The Minister for Agricultural Policy Lollobrigida visited the adjacent Aquafarm salon, though he focused his attention on aquaculture. A good number of foreign visitors attended the fair as well.
Federico Papini from Monti&C

Martina Chiggio and Andrea Carloni from Nido
"Nido" presented its new fertigation system. Andrea Carloni explains that it can now "manage up to 10 cubic meters of water as well as companies that only need 10 liters. The system is hugely versatile and easy to use."
