"This development is in line with the group's strategy, which is based on two solid pillars, shipping and logistics, in order to offer and develop complete solutions to support the supply chains of its customers. If successful, this acquisition would strengthen the logistics activities of CMA CGM. The discussions do not prejudge the finalization of a potential acquisition.”
