U.S. fresh apple holdings on May 1, 2023 totaled 40.2 million bushels, 2.3 percent less than the inventories reported last May and 3.5 percent less than the May five-year average.
As far as U.S. Apple Movement goes, in the 2022/23 season, the U.S. as a whole has moved 14,244,818 42-lb bushels. Washington state of course topped this list, with 10,899,897 bushels, followed by New York with 1,130,619 bushels and Michigan with 1,258,000 bushels,
