The last months of 2023 will be packed with fairs for Amenduni Nicola S.p.A., an Italian company specialized in the production and sale of machinery for extracting avocado oil, both virgin and extra virgin. These events provide opportunities for meeting and discussing important matters that can be used to develop new business ventures, establish high-level relationships, and gather crucial market data on every aspect of the trade.

This is the most important agribusiness and beverage fair in Latin America, since it serves as a meeting point for operators in the distribution, retail, and the specialized channels on a national and international scale."

In October (3-5 October), Amenduni will attend Fruit Attraction in Madrid, the second most important fruit and vegetable fair in Europe, and then fly to Medellin at the end of November (29-30 November) for Territorio Aguacate, the most important Colombian fair in the world for the avocado sector, from fresh fruit to sorting, packaging, processing and waste recycling. "During these events, operators will be able to better understand the importance of processing fruit waste (and more) into avocado oil, which is a product that adds considerable value to the companies that produce it," explains the manager.
Amenduni has always supported the growth and development of the value-added process in the avocado supply chain around the world, from Africa to Latin America. "Avocado oil is still a relatively new business (compared to olive oil extraction, for example), but we can say that, to date, most of the avocado oil produced in the world is extracted with Amenduni machines. There are approximately 110 avocado oil extraction lines operating in different continents, 70 of which are our own brand. The demand for avocado oil is high and growing, and the value of the finished product is very high, which is why new investors are always keen to get involved in this new business.
