St Mamet is branching out into cold-pressed juices (High Pressure Cold-HPF) with its new range, "Le Jus Brut".
"The juice of the fruit is bottled (without heat) and stabilized with a pressure of up to 6,000 bars (equivalent to the weight of 5 cars per cm²) and at a temperature of 10°C to eliminate all bacteria. This way, the juice retains all its vitamins, its great natural taste of freshly pressed fruit, and its antioxidants!" the company explains on its website.
5 recipes are available: grapefruit, orange, apple, apple-mango, and orange-strawberry.
