It is reported on the ban on the export and import of fruits and vegetables from Turkey to Israel as a result of the Turkish economic boycott, declared by President Erdogan of Turkey.
Israeli entrepreneurs are actively seeking alternative suppliers in Europe to replace Turkish products. The largest Israeli importer and distributor of vegetables and fruits has already ceased importing tomatoes from Turkey and is preparing to accept Israeli produce.
Other companies are also exploring alternative solutions, though acknowledging that this may lead to price increases. Israel is considering various measures to counter the Turkish boycott, including reducing economic ties between Turkey and the Palestinian Authority, as well as appealing to international economic organizations. Additionally, there are plans to establish a database of alternative suppliers to assist Israeli exporters affected by the sanctions.
