Frais Emincés launches two new brands on the fresh-cut market

“Our strategy is to distinguish our produce more clearly”

Frais Emincés, a company specialized in fresh-cut produce, joined the LECHEF Premium group in 2023, and now presents two new brands: "100% Tout Prêt" for supermarkets and "Frais Emincés Restauration" for catering professionals. This change of identity with two new names and two new logos will help "increase legibility and legitimacy across all segments served. This development is in line with the strategy of clarifying our different offers, both in terms of ranges and targets, in order to make ourselves more legitimate and identifiable," explains Franck Albertini, sales director of the company.

"100 % Tout Prêt" for supermarkets
The "100% Tout Prêt" brand is aimed at supermarkets and hypermarkets, and is available in 100% fruit, 100% vegetables, 100% appetizers and 100% condiments.

"Frais Emincés Restauration" for professionals
The new label, recalling the company's origins, will be aimed directly at catering professionals, and will continue to offer them the full range in large format (1kg bags and trays), adapted to their specific needs in terms of products and cuts.

Based in Loire-Atlantique, Frais Emincés operates from a 6,000 m² workshop entirely dedicated to the cutting of fresh fruit and vegetables. IFS Food certified, it employs approximately 100 people.
