Every month, British Apples and Pears collates data from British Apple & Pear growers on the quantity of British apples they sold to UK supermarkets. The latest data is below.
Aldi was still the largest purchaser of British apples sold to UK supermarkets by BAPL growers in May 2024, at approximately 2.327 tonnes sold. Tesco and Sainsburys followed.
