Enrique Rossi - Budou Farms

Budou Farms will be joining the Australian stand this year's at Asia Fruit Logistica in Hong Kong, it will the company's third year exhibiting at the event.

"In the last few years we have expanded our markets for our "So Sweet" grapes, starting with Thailand and we are always looking for further opportunities," explains Enrique Rossi from Budou Farms.

"With a wider range of varieties through the Sheehan program, we focus on flavour, as we pick the grapes with the best sweetness, harvesting them in a way to ensure freshness so that the consumer comes back for more."

Ivory®, Timpson ®, Carlita® and Allison® are varieties which Budou Farms want to showcase to their customers. Each has differentiated flavour profiles and timing. These, in addition to their traditional varieties, give a good range of supply from January to May.

"Over the years we have differentiated with unique sustainable, packaging as well as regenerative agriculture practices, exclusive content on SNS to reach and inform consumers about life on the land and our produce, being SDG conscious we take action and lead innovating in what we do.

Budou Farms will be at the Australian stand in Hall 3 3S20.
