The Council of Ministers of Belarus has mandated licensing for the export of apples, onions, and white cabbage. This directive, signed by Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko, aims to ensure the availability of these agricultural products on the domestic market throughout the off-season. According to the Council of Ministers' press service, exports of these commodities, irrespective of their origin, will necessitate one-time licenses. These permits will be granted by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, following consultations with the regional executive committees, including the Minsk City Executive Committee. The authorization process for these licenses will involve an evaluation of the balance between the available supply of the products and the nation's demand.
