Officine Mingozzi prepares for Eima

Italian frost protection technologies also appreciated in China

Officine Mingozzi is taking part in China's Ciame (China international agricultural machinery exhibition, 26-28 October 2024) in the Changsha area. This is one of the most important events in the Asian countries dedicated to agriculture. The fair takes place in Huangxing Town, a city in Changsha County, Hunan Province.

Afterwards, Mingozzi will showcase its machines at Eima in Bologna, one of the most renowned trade fairs for mechanisation in the agricultural world.

Marco Mingozzi, partner-owner of the company, explains that "this year, we will be exhibiting a preview of the frost protection machine model with all the latest updates. We are expecting a good response from the farming world, considering what has been achieved with the machine. We will also present a new solution that can help vegetable growers overcome the problems caused by climate change, which is increasingly leading to very high temperatures in the summer. We are looking forward to seeing all Freshplaza readers in Hall 37 stand B20 to showcase and illustrate our innovations."

As regards the frost protection machine, "it is suitable for solving the problems caused by frost in orchards, vineyards and kiwifruit groves. The thermal inversion leading to frost in plants is solved heating the air by convection. As the colder air on the ground rises in altitude, it is induced by convection, heating the air near the ground in an appropriate manner and volume,' Mingozzi points out.
