Mastronardi Produce® announced the addition of 91 acres of Canadian greenhouse capacity. This consists of a newly constructed, state-of-the-art 27-acre glass greenhouse facility in Kingsville, Ontario, which will provide lit production in the winter of local Sunset branded produce.
In addition to this greenhouse, the company will serve as the exclusive long-term marketer for two additional facilities: J.C. Fresh Farms Ltd. (32 acres in Kingsville) and Orangeline Farms Limited (32 acres in Leamington). This collaboration secures a total of 91 acres of Canadian greenhouse production capacity.
