Red grape juice may reduce risk of erectile dysfunction

A study from Tianjin Medical University General Hospital in China suggests that drinking red grape juice can significantly lower the risk of erectile dysfunction (ED). Researchers found that men who consumed it at least five times a week had up to an 80% reduced risk. The effect is linked to the high levels of phenols in red grapes, which support arterial health and blood flow. Experts recommend incorporating red grape juice into the diet, especially for men over 40.
