Side Delights® is participating as a Gold sponsor of the upcoming SEPC Southern Exposure 2025 show in Orlando and will showcase two of its first-to-market products.
The Southern Exposure show's 2025 event theme 'Produce Means Family," is inspired by Hawaii and celebrates the significance of family meals and the importance of eating together.
Side Delights will feature the Amazables! line of microwavable crispy-skinned baked potatoes. Amazables! are 100 percent gluten-free with sauces created by Litehouse® to complement the taste of a Russet potato and leverage top foodservice flavors. The Loaded Potato sauce features the flavors of cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, and chives, and the Buffalo Ranch sauce blends the heat of classic Buffalo sauce with the cool taste of ranch dressing.
Amazables! are 100 percent gluten-free with sauces created by Litehouse to complement the taste of a Russet potato and leverage top foodservice flavors.
Show attendees will also see the Amazables! new in-store retail merchandising and marketing assets, including branded floor merchandisers, high graphic display-ready cartons, in-store POS support, and more.
Side Delights booth #705 will also showcase the BioFlex 100 percent recyclable packaging line, which converts to soil and gas in a landfill. It can be co-mingled with existing plastic recycling, making it easy for consumers to dispose of. Side Delights started using the new BioFlex sustainable packaging technology in September 2023.

Amazables! was named a top five standout product at the 2024 SEPC Southern Exposure trade show, runner-up at the On-the-Go segment in the 2024 IFPA Global Produce and Floral show, and winner of the Produce Business' Joe Nucci Award for Product Innovation in the eighth annual Innovation Award in 2024. Additionally, the Masser Family of Companies earned the 2024 Award for Excellence in recognition of product innovation from the Northeast Pennsylvania (NEPA) Manufacturers and Employers Association and the Employer Product Innovation Award from the National Association of Manufacturers in conjunction with the NEPA Manufacturers and Employers Association for the Side Delights® Amazables! potato product line.
