In January- February 2025, Azerbaijan exported 4,045 tons of hazelnuts valued at $28.12 million, according to the State Customs Committee, as reported by ABC.AZ.
Compared to the same period in 2024, this marks an increase of $5.27 million (23%) in value and 249 tons (6.6%) in quantity.
During the first two months of 2024, Azerbaijan exported 3,796 tons of hazelnuts worth $22.85 million.
The average export price of hazelnuts in January- February 2025 was 11.82 manats per kilogram (approximately $7.0). In the same period of 2024, the price was 10.23 manats per kilogram (about $6.04).
