The Chilean cherry season concludes this month, marking the beginning of the southern hemisphere stone fruit season. Projections from the Chilean Stone Fruit Committee anticipate a total export volume of 35,330,388 boxes of Chilean stone fruit this season, reflecting a 15% increase from the previous year. With the resurgence in import and export activity within the fruit industry, demand for temperature loggers utilized in logistics has surged compared to the same period last year. BEIJING SINO-AGRICULTURAL BIOSCIENCES CO., LTD specializes in manufacturing and distributing temperature and humidity loggers. Notably, sales of their METECH disposable USB temperature loggers have seen consistent growth in recent years.
Siya from the company, noted, "Due to the imperfections in the 4G temperature and humidity logger series and limited network coverage, particularly in light of the volatile chip industry and rising manufacturing costs, we decided to suspend sales of 4G products at the start of last year. Instead, we shifted our focus towards promoting and selling the basic METECH series."
Siya emphasized the user-friendly nature of the Metech disposable loggers, which feature food-grade packaging, safety, and waterproofing. Customers simply plug the device into their computer, and a PDF temperature report is automatically generated without the need for additional software or readers. Highlighting the advantages of the product, Siya stated, "Metech's disposable USB temperature loggers offer cost-effectiveness and cater to the fundamental requirements of traders. Moreover, these non-networked loggers are priced 6 to 10 times lower than the 4G series products."
Additionally, Siya pointed out the utilization of TI digital temperature sensors, ensuring high accuracy and consistency. The temperature measurement range spans from -30°C to +70°C, with an accuracy within ±0.5°C/0.9°F and a measurement resolution of 0.01°C/°F. The loggers boast a maximum capacity of 14,400 records and can record data for up to 120 days.
BEIJING SINO-AGRICULTURAL BIOSCIENCES actively participated in the Asia Fruit Logistica from February 7th to 9th in Hong Kong. "We observed a significant increase in both exhibitors and visitors during the event. Alongside the continued patronage of existing customers, we secured orders from new clients. Chile remains a pivotal market for us, and we are committed to forging new partnerships within the region."
