In the current era of rising costs for raw materials and products, Besseling announces the launch of their latest nitrogen generator. While the design of the machine remains largely unchanged, the new line of nitrogen generators is primarily focused on accessibility and cost efficiency.
The Besseling PSA Nitrogen Generator has long relied on the highly reliable Italian Mattei rotary vane compressor, known for its high yield. Therefore, the choice of a rotary screw compressor in the new line is hardly surprising, as this compressor sacrifices some efficiency. However, this choice results in significant cost savings, an aspect that Besseling has cleverly embraced to make the nitrogen generator financially more attractive to a wider audience.
"Besseling recognizes the challenges that industrial users face, especially in terms of operational costs," says Rob Hartog, sales manager. "By setting up an additional line with a different type of compressor, we can offer our customers a nitrogen generator at a price that is very favorable in the current market. This, of course, without sacrificing the reliability our customers have come to expect from us. Additionally, in this new configuration, we can offer a wider range, for example, by adding 18 and 37 kW machines."
The new nitrogen generator offers various advantages, including lower purchase costs and ease of maintenance. This makes it an ideal choice for companies aiming to save costs, while still relying on a dependable nitrogen supply. With the introduction of this generator, Besseling responds not only to the financial needs of their customers but also takes a step forward towards a more accessible solution. "Our goal was to provide a solution that is both economical and practical, without compromising the quality of the end product," Hartog adds. The new nitrogen generator is available immediately.
