Moroccan grower launches a new brand for the European market

Moroccan grower and exporter Valyour is starting its pepper season and unveiling its new brand at the same time, according to its CEO, Said Aghzou.

Aghzou says, "At Valyour, as a leading grower and exporter of premium fruits and vegetables, we proudly announce the start of our new hot pepper harvest season. The new season promises a high-quality yield of various hot pepper varieties, including Habanero, Bullet Chilli, and Indian Green Chilli."

"In a significant step to enhance the recognition and market value of its products, Valyour has registered its new brand, named Commexpo. This strategic move aligns with our commitment to delivering the finest quality produce to its global clients while adhering to the highest industry standards," Aghzou continues.

The new brand encompasses Valyour's entire production, adds Aghzou, "We're talking about an acreage of 75 hectares, with volume forecasts for the coming season of 4,200 tonnes of hot peppers, 1,300 tonnes of tomatoes, 1,200 tonnes of California peppers, and 800 tonnes of avocados."

In terms of markets, this mainly includes the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and Portugal, according to the exporter. He adds: "Through the Commexpo brand, we will supply a wide range of customers: wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets and importers. Valyour's farms are certified to the prestigious GlobalGAP standard, which guarantees safe and sustainable farming practices, while its BRC-certified packing station complies with the strictest food safety and hygiene standards."

Aghzou extends an invitation to the next edition of Fruit Attraction: "We will be unveiling our new brand and showcasing our premium products at Fruit Attraction from October 8 to 10 in Hall 2. This event offers a valuable opportunity to connect with industry professionals and explore new business opportunities."
