"Too much weight? Do you need to shed those extra pounds? Zetapack has the solution." With this slogan, the Cesena-based company Zetapack is launching the new AGV50 weighing machine, which aims to solve the problem of excess product (that is, product given away) in exact weight packages. "We will be exhibiting at Fruit Attraction in Madrid," says owner Nicola Antonacci, "in Hall 10, Stand E27, to show our system and present its features.
"The AGV50 weigher is able to handle different types of vegetables (such as vine tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, peppers, etc.) with extreme simplicity, versatility and delicacy. Zetapack's initial idea was to create a machine that was different from all the others on the market, but above all to offer the customer a solution that would significantly increase production speed and reduce the percentage of waste in each pack."

In fact, with 2/3 operators working directly on the scale, depending on the product being handled, it is possible to achieve between 40/50 packs per minute. The AGV50 is equipped with 18 weighers that select the best combination to achieve the guaranteed minimum weight.
"In short, Zetapack guarantees increased packaging speed, extremely gentle automatic product ejection, ease of use and a reduction in the overall dimensions of the machine body," says Antonacci.
