VR launches Spirit 9200i harvester

AVR has unveiled its latest advancement in agricultural machinery, the Spirit 9200i harvester, featuring a suite of enhancements aimed at optimizing control, traction, and cleaning efficiency. This model is an evolution of the established two-row offset bunker harvester, the Spirit 9200, now incorporating state-of-the-art cleaning modules, automated functionalities, and user-friendly operation.

The Spirit 9200i integrates a drive system compatible with ISOBUS and includes up to four sieving webs for its pintle belt module, ensuring minimal drop heights throughout its operation. Its primary haulm separation system, a combination of the sieving web and haulm web, is designed to keep potatoes within the machine while allowing for the upward folding of the frames in case of haulm accumulation. Enhancements to the cross-roller module facilitate the processing of short stalks, and a new cross-roller set for the pintle belt unit substantially boosts the machine's cleaning capabilities.

Adjustability features of the pintle belt module at the machine's rear allow for complete control over product flow, accommodating various working conditions. The Spirit 9200i boasts a bunker capacity of just over eight tons and offers an adjustable unloading height up to 4.20 m, with options for a hydraulic collapsible shock absorber or crate-filling funnel. Additionally, a Clean & Go bunker is available.

Following extensive testing in 2023, which garnered positive feedback, seven Spirit 9200i harvesters were produced in a pre-production run in 2024. The harvester was recently showcased at the Potato Europe trade fair in Villers-Saint-Christophe, France, marking its first operational demonstration to the public.
