Schur, a family-owned packaging company founded in Denmark in 1846, and Ishida, a Japanese company established in 1893, have announced an expanded partnership to enhance their collaboration in the fields of automation, weighing, and quality control systems. Schur, now managed by the 6th generation of the Schur family, has built a reputation as a supplier of packaging and automation. Ishida, currently led by the fifth generation of the Ishida family, is a supplier of weighing and quality control systems.
The two companies have previously worked together on various automation solutions for joint customers and have presented together at industry trade shows. This new partnership aims to take their collaboration to the next level, with Schur becoming an official supplier of Ishida's products.
