Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. Software engineering and automation related majors. Having experience in equipment installation, maintenance.
2. Be responsible for participating in the communication with customers to collect effective technical data and customer requests. Can assess all infos from customers and then provide effective technical input concerning detailed working process, automation requirements, productivity, safety, concerns and etc. to Qingdao company.
3. Support project leader to prepare technical solutions, maintenance solutions, technical transformation solutions, construction solutions, etc. Related to automation equipment to provide technical support.
4. Organize and coordinate on-site equipment installation, training, commissioning and maintenance work with the help of local engineers.
5. After the delivery of automation equipment, track and collect the core technical data during the implementation process in site, so as to provide timely and effective software-related technical support when failures occur, assist the local sales team and mechanical engineers to provide after-sales software-related technical services.
6. Familiar with the application of various mainstream technologies in the product line and can effectively integrate them. Such as visual technology, radar technology, Internet, robots, software, all kinds of sensors, big data, gyroscopes, RFID, wireless communication, etc.
7. Proficient in electronic circuits, digital circuits, PLC programming and debugging, touch screen applications, network configuration, software development, etc.
8. Able to provide effective support for pre-sales/post-sales of products, including but not limited to the compilation and arrangement of documents;
9. Familiar with the use of document editing software.
10. Have knowledge of common industrial communication protocols and be able to interconnect products.
11. Know about normal mechanical knowledges such as materials, surface treatment, welding, drive systems, standard parts.
