"Conference on "Microwaves in food technology: applied research and industrial applications"
The conference is aimed to show the world the industrial transformation of the agri-food sector the principles on which they can base their innovations and diversification process which may result from the use of microwaves. During the conference the discussions will be focused the fundamentals of their use, both from the scientific point of view and from the point of view of the approach to the research and therefore to the experimentation.
The main motive of the conference is the one dictated by the opportunity to provide the agribusiness world with accurate information on diversified opportunities offered by microwave technology, together with parallel issues such as shelf-life, analytical verification and packaging.
Researchers from the food industry, the industries producing equipment and the processing industry are invited to attend with the contribution of original reports or critical studies or reports on application experiences.
Parallel contribution will be given to the Conference by the participation of experts in this area at European level.
