Peru: Ivan Orlic sells his shares in Camposol

The Peruvian-Ecuadorian businessman Ivan Orlic TicerĂ¡n sold his 11.3% stake in the company Camposol, which were held by Andean Fishing Llc.

The Chinese company Golden Target Pacific, which is controlled by the Ng family of Hong Kong, acquired the shares.

It's worth recalling that the same group had acquired Ivan Orlic's share of Copeinca through Ocean Harvest Management (13/03/2013). The sale of Camposol's 11.3% shares meant the sum of US $13.7 million.

The Dyer Group controls Camposol, just like Copeinca. The Ng family owns 54.9% of Pacific Andes Resources, which in turn holds 100% of Golden Target Pacific and also 0.8% of the China Fishery Group (CFG), which has launched a hostile bid for Copeinca.
