Red chicory is grown in Le Marche region and is then individually packed to preserve its shelf-life. A special material is used, thanks to which the product maintains its characteristics intact for many days.
In addition, a label is placed on the packet with the "Rubino" mark as well as some indications for consumers.
Advantages for dealers:
- No need for disposable gloves and bags;
- Longer shelf-life;
- Lack of leftovers and/or waste at the end of the day.
Individually packed red chicory will be available from October until May, the period coinciding with the production of Round Red Chicory in Le Marche region.
