On the morning of 24, November, the Fresh Produce Delegation visited Jiangnan Wholesale Market for Green Produce to seek sales opportunities in the local market. An agreement was signed between the delegation and local traders on the spot that vegetables and tropical fruits from Sanya will be sold at the Jiangnan Market. According to the agreement, a total of 42, 800 tons of fruits will be purchased from Sanya and sold on the Jiangnan Market. The total worth of these fruits reaches 350 million yuan.
This is the second biggest contract that the delegation signed during the visit. At the Jiangnan Market, winter melons and vegetables from Sanya have been available for sale.
