During the three days of the fair, CMR received a great number of visitors at its stand, including product suppliers, customers, partners and various service providers, with whom they signed collaboration agreements and addressed strategic issues for business development.
The most noteworthy news was the public presentation of the project for the new headquarters of the group's subsidiary in Madrid, CMR INFINITA, which will have an area of 8,700 m2 and be located at the H5 plot of Mercamadrid. It will house the offices and logistics facilities, as well as the storage and ripening chambers.
The First Deputy Mayor of the City Council of Madrid, Mrs Marta Higueras, and the Directorate of Mercamadrid, represented by General Director Mr David Chica and Deputy General Director Mr Jose Ramón Sempere, visited the stand and the project was presented to them by Mr Carles Martí Sousa and Mrs Montserrat Inglada, Directors of CMR GROUP, Mr Jesús López, Director of CMR INFINITA, and Mr Ángel Ovejas, Financial Director of the group.
