On 11 December, the world's first standardized import carton for one specific kind of fruit was born in China. The launch ceremony for the transportation of Chilean cherries to China was held in Beijing by China Chile Central. Several people, such as Gustavo Gonzalez Bulo, the Chilean deputy ambassador in China, Fu Qiang, director of the China Standardization Research Institute, and Wang Hong, vice-chairman of the China Inspection Group, and Chinese agents, traders and customers of Chilean cherries attended this ceremony. After standardizing the design, the first batch of Chilean cherries in the optimized China Chile Central cartons will soon arrive in China.
