Van Ooijen Citrus BV., wishes to issue a warning to all FreshPlaza readers about the devious working methods of: JEM Fruits Ltd. Kent UK.
Van Ooijen Citrus BV. provided in good faith fruits to JEM Fruits Ltd. Mrs, Maja Jerkovic ordered 2 trucks of oranges at Van Ooijen Citrus. With the agreement she will defend the goods with a bit of sense. In the end, these turned out to be just empty promises.
The company concerned left a trail of destruction, has not received full payment for the goods and a significant amount is still outstanding. Given the fact that JEM Fruits Ltd. is not willing to offer a solid solution, Van Ooijen Citrus warns that JEM Fruits Ltd. does not meet its payment obligations and calls on those companies who are working with them to be alert.
"We urge any businesses or individuals in our same situation to contact us directly so that we can join forces to demand payment for our services."
