Nathan Bischa - Harvest Moon

"Addition of Glenfyne ensures consistent supply"

With the Tasmanian vegetable growing season well into the later half of the season, Harvest Moon has now finished production of beans and are soon to finish lifting this year’s onion crops. Harvesting of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and Snackables™ will continue in Tasmania for the next few months.

"Harvest Moon’s brassica offer is by no means limited to Tasmanian production, our Swan Hill program has just started and our Gatton season is commencing in the coming weeks. We will have plenty of  broccoli and cauliflower to offer our customers as we approach the colder winter veg months," said Nathan Bischa from the company.

Harvest Moon recently acquired 1,026 hectares in the Riverina, and last week saw the first spinach and Snackables planted at Glenfyne.

"As our Gatton Snackables season fast approaches, the addition of Glenfyne will provide our consumers with not only great quality Snackables™, it ensures consistent supply and allows for further growth of the product. Snackables continue to impress by providing our consumers with a high quality eating and healthy snacking option. Harvest Moon is developing new products that are soon to be released into the marketplace, with the addition of our Mini Snackables, perfect for lunch boxes, snacking on the go and in the car. Snackables Radish is proving to live up to expectations, with consumers excited about this old favourite."

Harvest Moon is increasing its capabilities to be able to better serve customers all over the world, all year round.
