Lipman Family Farms will exhibit in booth #511 during this summer's Organic Produce Summit, where it will showcase its Grown True organic vegetable line of tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis, peppers, and green beans.
"Our organic vegetables are picked fresh from our fields for consistent quality and taste," said Sarah Miller Dehn, general manager. "In addition, we will showcase the sustainable and compostable packaging that our Grown True vegetables are packed in during our return to OPS this summer!"

The Grown True organic line includes the company's fresh-cut organic green beans. These USDA-certified organic, consumer-ready clipped, and clean green beans are grown and harvested year-round. This hand-selected product is in steady supply and packaged to ensure a long shelf-life and easy eating for consumers.
Lipman has expanded its compostable packaging line in a commitment to reducing waste across its operations. Its 100 percent compostable clamshells have replaced more than 12,000 pounds of plastic to date. During OPS, the Grown True products will be on display in their patented sustainable paper packaging, providing optimal shelf life as well as convenient and protective packaging.

"Our organic sales team looks forward to sharing more about our initiatives with retail and food service buyers at this year's event."
