Scott Hulsey
Scott Hulsey was promoted a year ago to Chief Executive Officer. His impact on the company’s performance was immediate, and the company continues to prosper under his direction. Scott's promotion is a testament to his remarkable ability, expertise, and incredible understanding of all facets of Gourmet’s business. His journey with Gourmet began on the company blueberry farm in Hawkes Bay, NZ, shortly after he graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He quickly impressed Gourmet’s team and was offered a role with the company upon returning to the US. Since then, Scott has steadily risen through the ranks, starting in farming, moving through procurement, and excelling in sales management over the past decade.
Scott's passion for the team, dedication to seeing people succeed, and readiness to offer help and support make him an invaluable leader.

Luciano Fiszman
Luciano Fiszman, a dedicated member of the Gourmet family for over 17 years, has been appointed Vice President of Sales and Procurement. In this role, he oversees all sales, marketing, and procurement activities throughout Gourmet's operations in the Americas. Luciano's wealth of experience and knowledge in sales and procurement, especially in the growth of Gourmet’s blueberry category, make him a valuable asset for Gourmet’s future.
Marty Melcher 
Marty Melcher, who joined Gourmet in 2010 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2022, has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. Marty is responsible for warehousing, logistics, farming, packing, and technology for Gourmet's operations in the Americas. His proactive, hands-on approach and in-depth understanding of Gourmet's operations, supply chain, and finances are instrumental in this new role.
