Bus passenger has to throw her durian off the bus because it is banned on public transport

In Singapore, a woman's bizarre decision to throw a durian out of a bus to avoid disembarking has sparked criticism. The incident, captured in a 38-second video shared on Instagram by Sgfollowsall, shows a bus driver informing two passengers, a middle-aged man and woman, that durians are not allowed on public transport. As the pair began to disembark, the woman suddenly threw the durian, which was in a plastic bag, onto the street, and then returned to her seat.

This act has led to public disapproval, with netizens pointing out her disregard for rules and potential fines for littering. Some suggested a more reasonable action would have been to exit the bus, enjoy the fruit, and then take another bus.
