Expansion of California hot pepper program with chili peppers

As a West Coast grower of sweet and hot peppers, Baloian Farms' Chili Pepper program includes varieties that range in heat from mild to hot and are always flavorful and fresh. This year, the company has an expanded strategic set of plantings of chili peppers, which are harvested and coming to market at the same time as its bell pepper varieties in July - September.

Recognizing the increasing consumer demand for hot chili varieties, the company has developed its chili pepper program to meet this need. Richard Cowden, sales at Baloian Farms, says customers can expect the same dedication, customer service, and quality standards they have come to appreciate from the company's product lines.

Baloian Farms' current chili pepper offerings are Anaheim, jalapeƱo, serrano, and tomatillo. They are available for distribution from its Fresno, California location.
